How do I get started?

I haven't ever done CrossFit before, do I need to do anything before joining?
No, our coaches will guide you until you have learnt all the basics to allow you to get the most out of your sessions.
Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?
Definitely not! You come to CrossFit to get fit, not because you already are. We scale everything to your level - whether you are a total beginner or secretly a CrossFit ninja.
Will I get bulky doing CrossFit?
Why does everyone fist pump after each class?
Only if you also eat like The Rock. Otherwise you'll just get fitter, stronger, and more confident!
Because science* says a solid fist pump increases fitness by 12% and makes you at least 37% cooler. (*Science may or may not be real, but we'll let you decide on that!)
